Vulnerability and adaptive capacity of the Cubango-Okavango River Basin

This report outlines evidence of the vulnerability of the Cubango-Okavango River Basin to climate change and its capacity to adapt. The results show that climate change impacts are felt across multiple, interlinked sectors (e.g. water, agriculture and economy) in the Basin. The vulnerability of the Basin is determined by a combination of climatic and non-climatic factors (e.g. precipitation and population change) and both need to be taken into consideration when developing the Climate Resilient Development Pathways approach.
