Country overview series: CRIDF in Angola
This brief gives an overview of projects CRIDF has engaged with in Angola, with particular focus on the impacts of the projects for basin communities. Angola is home to the headwaters of five transboundary river basins including the Congo, the Okavango and the Zambezi. CRIDF’s work in Angola has focussed on supporting the Permanent Okavango River Basin Water Commission (OKACOM) and the Kavango–Zambezi Transfrontier Conservation Area (KAZA TFCA).
