Regional strategic action plan on integrated water resources development and management (2016–2020)
The goal of the Regional Strategic Action Plan (2016–2020) was to strengthen the enabling environment for regional water resources governance and development through the application of integrated water resources management at all levels. The RSAP consisted of 8 programmes, each contributing to the achievement of its strategic and operational objectives. This document presents the institutional framework adopted to support the implementation of the Action Plan and clarifies the roles of the different actors involved in the SADC water sector.
