CRIDF’s organisational baseline report
CRIDF works with a broad range of stakeholders from regional River Basin Organisations to government departments and private sector companies. The aim of our latest study was to understand more about how these institutions view CRIDF’s four strategic threads: gender, pro-poor, transboundary water and climate resilience. To do this we created the Organisational baseline survey which we asked key stakeholders to complete.
The report below outlines the results of this survey. These results provide a solid reference for the CRIDF team to adapt their institutional thinking as the programme progresses. They also provide insight for CRIDF’s Stakeholder Engagement and Influencing workstream, whose focus is external institutional influence.
As well as being invaluable for the CRIDF team, we envision that the results from the survey will be useful for DFID team members, to guide CRIDF and to consider in the design of future programmes, and other individuals and organisations working with institutions to improve institutional thinking.
